The carrier has informed us that the situation is normalizing and some delivery receipts are being properly delivered. We are continuing to monitor the issue and will update this incident once we see an improvement.

Investigating

The operator Claro in Brazil is currently investigating an issue processing incoming delivery responses (DLR) from SMS submissions. This issue only affects delivery responses and does not impact actual message delivery to handsets.
