The issue causing MMS delivery delays over a subset Shortcodes to Verizon has been identified. We are actively working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. To reduce delivery delay during this time we have updated MMS to SMS for pictures to Verizon. This means the picture will be delivered quickly as an SMS with a URL directing to the picture. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
