Our carrier partner has deployed a fix and we are monitoring to confirm there are no ongoing issues. At this time, messages may experience some delays as queues are clearing.

Our carrier partner has identified an issue causing SMS latency. These delays affect both inbound and outbound SMS delivery and delivery statuses. A fix is being implemented. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

We are experiencing SMS non-delivery of both sent and received messages between US toll free numbers and US carrier networks. Our engineers are working with our carrier partner to resolve the issue. We will provide an update as soon as we have additional information.
