Our carrier partner has deployed a fix and we are monitoring to confirm there are no ongoing issues. At this time, messages may experience some delays as queues are clearing.

Our carrier partner has identified an issue causing SMS latency. These delays affect both inbound and outbound SMS delivery and delivery statuses. A fix is being implemented. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
