We hold SIM update transactions in the 'scheduled' state when our downstream connectivity partners post maintenance entries to a shared calendar. We identified and rejected a maintenance entry that had been blocking Programmable Wireless SIM update transactions since 12:30 AM PT. The maintenance being performed is on components that we do not utilize to submit and complete SIM updates. The SIM updates that were being held in 'scheduled' have all been dequeued and processed. This incident has been resolved.

Updates to Programmable Wireless SIMs are being held in 'scheduled' state due a maintenance window that was not previously posted. We are investigating why this maintenance window was not posted previously or if it was created incorrectly.
