        Intermittent dropped calls were reported on the Twilio personalized support hotline between 2026-08-24 08:10 AM PT and 2026-09-01 10:27 AM PT. The root cause was identified as a bug within Twilio Studio. A patch has been applied, and service has been fully restored.
