We have remedied the underlying cause of the elevated 5xx errors we saw with our REST API. The impact lasted between 12:14 am and 12:30 am Pacific Time. These services are operating normally again. This incident is now resolved.

We have identified and remedied the underlying cause of the 5xx HTTP errors. We have not seen any further elevated rates beyond the previously noted time range. We are seeing recovery, and continuing to actively monitor.

We are experiencing an issue with an elevated rate of 5xx series HTTP responses across our REST API services. Customers may have experienced 500s between 12.14am - 12.30am PT. We are working to solve the issue and will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
