Monitoring
Attachment signaling from the impacted downstream partners has returned to normal levels and we continue to see devices successfully connecting with Super SIM. We will continue to monitor to ensure full service recovery. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

Update
Between 15:05 UTC and 15:35 UTC, we lost signaling traffic responsible for attachments and SMS from one of our downstream connectivity partners. During that period, new attachments and location updates for devices moving within a cellular network may have failed preventing devices from connecting or causing them to disconnect. We also lost active data connections on one of the data paths causing ~12% of active Super SIM data sessions to be terminated. Within a few minutes of being disconnected Super SIMs will begin failing over to backup IMSIs which will be presented to the devices to use to reconnect. We observed significant increases in traffic on the backup IMSIs indicating that a large percentage of devices using Super SIM were able to reconnect on these backup IMSIs. Additionally, SMS could not be sent from or received by devices until signaling was restored or the devices reconnected on a backup IMSI. At ~15:35 UTC, we began receiving some of the lost signaling traffic again allowing new attachments from the impacted downstream connectivity partner. We continue to observe some anomalous signaling traffic that are continuing to investigate.

Update
We are experiencing Super SIM connectivity issues with one of our partners. Customers may experience delays in establishing new data connections. We have identified a drop of 6% on already established connections. Our engineering team is actively working with the affected partner to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 1 hour or sooner once more information becomes available.

Investigating
Our monitoring systems have detected a potential issue with Super SIM traffic interruptions. Our engineering team has been alerted and is actively investigating. We will update as soon as we have more information.
