      Our engineering team has implemented a fix and we are no longer seeing MMS messages failing to Mexico when using MMS Converter through a Messaging Service. This incident has been resolved.

      A subset of MMS messages are failing to Mexico when sent using MMS Converter through a Messaging Service. Our engineering team is currently investigating and we will have another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information is available.
