The internal service issue has been resolved. No external Twilio products were affected.

Engineering has validated that at this time, the degraded internal service is not affecting TaskRouter assignment latency. TaskRouter is designed to handle this failure cause and tasks are being assigned at the normal rate. However, the team will continue to monitor until the internal service issue is corrected.

Request Inspector results are also delayed due to the degraded internal service. Engineering continues to work to resolve the issue

Our internal metrics indicate that a degradation in an internal service is causing delays assigning tasks to workers in TaskRouter and Flex. Our engineering team is working to resolve the issue.
