        Video API Layer Not Responding to Customer Requests

        Resolved

        The Video API service was unresponsive between 1:01 and 1:19 PM PT which caused HTTP 503 responses when accessed. Our engineers identified and resolved the issue. The Video API Layer is fully functional at this time. The incident has been resolved.
