      Programmable Voice Client, Conference and Recording experienced elevated error rates from 4:12pm to 5:25pm Pacific Time. During that period, less than 10% of requests may have seen higher than usual response times or intermittent failures. This issue primarily impacted service in Twilio’s Ireland and Singapore regions; service in United States was minimally impacted. All services are operating normally at this time.
