We have identified the root cause. Experience for a subset of Flex agents was degraded for reservations created between 11:15 and 11:21 Pacific Time. For these reservations, agents are unable to change their status. We are investigating further impact and expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
