Twilio Programmable Messaging was degraded for 45 minutes between 13:05 and 13:50 Pacific Time on 04/10/2024. During this period of time customers may have experienced SMS delivery delays and failures to T-mobile and Metro PCS networks in the US for a subset of Short codes. The issue has now been resolved.
