We are still experiencing SMS delivery delays when sending messages to MTN Network in Nigeria. However, since we also have an active post for SMS delivery delays when sending messages to Afghanistan and multiple countries in Africa via a subset of Twilio numbers, we have consolidated all impacting services in to one incident.
