      Our engineers investigated a customer impact of a retroactive issue with Support Service Disruption on Twilio Console that was degraded for 30 minutes between 3:10 PM and 3:40 PM Pacific Time on 01/04/2023. During this period, customers may have experienced issues with appropriately submitting tickets, chat with agents, view their ticket history, or see their current support plan during the outage window.
