We are no longer seeing failures in webhook transmissions for Messaging, Video, and Voice services. This incident has been resolved.

An issue causing failures in webhook transmissions for Messaging, Video, and Voice starting approximately 3:25pm PST has been identified. Engineers have repaired impacted services and we are currently seeing improvements in webhook responses. We will continue to monitor for system stability. We'll provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

This incident affected: PROGRAMMABLE VOICE US1 (PSTN US1), PROGRAMMABLE VIDEO (Group Rooms, Peer-to-Peer Rooms, Recordings, Compositions, Network Traversal Service, Go Rooms), and PROGRAMMABLE MESSAGING (MMS, SMS).
