We have fully investigated the incorrect Sid Prefixes issue, and it was determined that the impact was limited to a small set of customers who received mixed SID prefixes in the status callbacks (some with SM, some with MM) and have been contacted individually to address any concerns. All systems are operational.

We continue investigating an issue causing incorrect SID prefixes for a subset of Long Text MMS messages. Our Engineering Team is actively working to resolve it. We will provide another update in 4 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
