      The fix has been rolled out to the production platform, and we are no longer observing audio loss with Programmable Video Group Rooms where customers are using Chrome 85 or above. This issue has been resolved and all services are operational now.

      Our engineers have identified the issue causing intermittent audio loss with Programmable Video Group Rooms for customers using Chrome 85 or above. We continue to test the fix to ensure the issue is resolved. As a workaround we recommend using older versions of Chrome or a different browser such as FireFox or Safari. We expect to provide another update in 8 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
