      Resolved
      Between 6:25 AM and 6:45 AM PDT, our partner provider experienced elevated gateway packet loss, impacting connectivity to the US-WEST-2 Region. This caused minimal degradation to voice traffic and a small subset of customers saw 11205 ‘HTTP connection failure’ errors for a subset of API calls. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.
