We continue to investigate issues with Twilio Client connectivity in Australia. Only Twilio Client users connecting via unsecured WebSocket (sites served over HTTP) are impacted; customers using WSS (sites served over HTTPS) are not impacted.

We are continuing to troubleshoot issues with Twilio Client connectivity in Australia. Only Twilio Client users connecting via unsecured WebSocket (sites served over HTTP) are impacted; customers using WSS (sites served over HTTPS) are not impacted.
The previous one-way Audio issues in US and IE have been identified and resolved.

Update
Twilio Client users are unable to connect to Twilio in Australia. We are also investigating intermittent one-way audio issues with Client calls in US and IE. We are working to resolve the issues.
