We are currently seeing 51% of GET requests to the Transcriptions API failing and a small percentage of GETs to the Voice Recordings API returning 500s. We are continuing to work towards resolving the issue.

We are currently experiencing issues with our Voice Recordings and Transcriptions APIs, our service is returning 500s for a small percentage of requests. Our Engineers are working to resolve the issue.
