We are observing recovery in the delay of sending delivery report to US Cellular Network on Twilio Short Codes. The delays were from 11:20am PT to 11:45pm PT. We will continue monitoring the service to ensure a full recovery. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
