Update
We are continuing to observe data sessions on Super SIM being dropped. This recent impact is limited to devices connected over one provider in the US. About 5% of devices may still experience connectivity issues. Our engineering team is actively working alongside the affected network provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In the meantime, we kindly suggest that customers reset the connectivity through the console or through the APIs (by reactivating SIMs) if they notice that some of their SIM cards are still experiencing issues. This can often help re-establish a stable connection for the affected devices. We will provide another update in 4 hours or sooner as soon as we have more information available.

Investigating
Beginning at 04:58 UTC, we observed ~11.57% of data sessions on Super SIM being dropped. Devices that attempted to reconnect immediately after losing connectivity should have been able to successfully reconnect to the redundant instances while the impacted one recovered. Our engineering team is actively working with the affected network provider to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 2 hours or sooner once more information becomes available.
