      Update
      Our monitoring shows overall improvement in carrier-side traffic congestion, and we are observing instant MMS delivery from Twilio Short Code at this time. We will continue monitoring the overall US carrier networks to ensure a full recovery. We will provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.
