We are no longer experiencing issues navigating to the Notify and Sync Dashboards using Safari. During the investigation we found the following pages were also affected. Conversations, Programmable Messaging and Messaging Insights. We will continue monitoring the service to ensure a full recovery. We will provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.

Update
We are investigating an issue where customers attempting to navigate to Notify or Sync Dashboards using Safari encounter an error resulting in a blank page. As a workaround customers can use alternate browsers such as Chrome. We will provide another update in 1 hour or as soon as more information becomes available.
