We are announcing a maintenance window scheduled Saturday December 9th starting at 1:00 AM PT with one of Super SIM's downstream partners involved in the delivery of over-the-air (OTA) updates. The window runs from December 10th 2:00 AM PT (25 hours).

During this time it is expected that pending OTAs for Super SIMs to not complete. OTAs will remain queued and be available for Super SIMs to retrieve after the maintenance window. Network connectivity will not be impacted during this maintenance window. We will be actively monitoring services during this activity
