The issue affecting a subset of Twilio customers between our US and international regions due to network connectivity errors has been resolved, and the service is functioning normally at this time.

On Thursday June 24th from 12:15 to 12:19pm PT, a subset of Twilio customers experienced degraded performance between our US and international regions due to network connectivity errors. The problem has self resolved and Twilio Engineering is monitoring. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available. We will continue to monitor to ensure a full recovery.
