Update

Our engineers will be performing scheduled maintenance of the Network Traversal Service (STUN/TURN) service from 4/24/2020 9:00pm until 4/25/2020 2:00am PDT. Customers may experience bursts of intermittent HTTP 5xx errors when obtaining or validating TURN tokens during this operation. This may impact customers that are using Network Traversal Service directly or Programmable Video SDK clients that need TURN to establish a media connection.
