The Sotovaja Svjaz MOTIV network in Russia is conducting a planned maintenance from 19 November 2025 at 17:00 PST until 19 November 2025 at 18:00 PST. During the maintenance window, there could be intermittent delays delivering SMS to Sotovaja Svjaz MOTIV Russia handsets.
