Customers may see their numbers as “active” on their Twilio accounts, even though the actual porting process has not been completed. This could lead to confusion regarding the porting date of their numbers, but there is no reported service disruption for the customers with their current carriers. We expect to provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available
