Our carrier partner has identified a solution and is processing queued DLRs. We will post another update when the DLR queue is cleared.

Our carrier partner is continuing to work on the internal issue that is causing delays in delivery receipts for some messages sent from US short codes. Message delivery is not affected.

We are not receiving delivery receipts for SMS messages sent from a subset of US short codes. Message delivery is not affected. We are working with our carrier partner to resolve
