Identified

Voice recordings transcriptions created between 10:38am and 11:14am PT are delayed by 40 minutes, however the service is recovering. We will provide another update when the service is restored.

Voice recording transcriptions for a small percentage of calls are currently delayed by approximately 45 minutes. Our engineers are working to restore service. We will provide an update as quickly as possible.
