We have seen recovery of network traffic reaching all Twilio services. A small percentage of requests between 3.56pm and 4.33pm PST were affected and returned HTTP 502 errors to API requests. We will continue to monitor service performance.

We are working with our network provider to resolve this issue. Currently a small percentage of traffic to Twilio REST API can return a HTTP 502 error code.

We have identified an increased level of errors of API requests due to networking issues. We are working on the resolution.
