      Resolved
      Between 2021/09/09 07:46 UTC to 09:55 UTC SMS delivery to all networks in Israel was degraded, our customers would have seen the messages in SENT status, we have made some route adjustment to another provider to resolve this issue. Currently the delivery of the messages should be resumed as it was before, this incident has been resolved.
