The issue with Super SIM over-the-air update failures has been resolved and Super SIM is operating normally at this time.

Monitoring

Between 1:20pm PT and 3:40pm PT, we did not receive any successful over-the-air (OTA) update notifications and it is likely OTA updates failed to succeed for any Super SIMs during that time. Any failed updates will automatically retry the next time the SIM reboots or in a week if the modem and SIM are not reset before then.
