Super SIM and Programmable Wireless was degraded between 20:05 and 20:25 Pacific Time, as well as 21:05 and 21:25 Pacific Time on 11/11/2020. During this period of time, devices connected with these SIMs may have experienced unexpected drops in connectivity for active sessions. The issue has now been resolved and devices reconnecting are able to regain connectivity.
