Monitoring
We are observing successful SMS delivery to Singapore StarHub Network since 9:45 AM PST. While we previously suspected delivery delays, we have now determined that traffic queued between 5:45 AM PST and 9:45 AM PST has not been delivered. We will continue to monitor to ensure full service recovery.

In our investigation of SMS delivery issues to Singapore StarHub Network, we have identified that SMS are potentially delayed in delivery rather than failing.
