The Movistar network in Uruguay will be conducting planned maintenance on their SMS platform from 18 March 2020 at 22:00 PDT until 18 March 2020 at 23:00 PDT. During this maintenance window, there could be intermittent delays delivering SMS to and from Movistar Uruguay handsets.
