We are no longer experiencing Twilio Console issues causing 500 internal service errors. This incident has been resolved.

Monitoring

During our investigation we discovered that in addition to SMS Logs page, the issue causing 500 internal service errors is also impacting some other Console pages for a small subset of customers. We have identified the root cause of the issue and implemented a fix. We will monitoring the system for stability and provide another update shortly.
