Monitoring
We are now seeing recovery of the Super SIM Network connectivity issue. We are continuing to monitor for service stability. We will provide another update in 2 hours or sooner once more information becomes available.

Update
We are experiencing Super SIM connectivity issues in Europe. Impacted devices will be unable to establish 4G/LTE connections to the mobile network. Those devices have the option of falling back to 2G/3G connectivity where possible. Devices that do not support 2G/3G should perform an IMSI change to be able to reconnect on an alternate partner. Our engineering team is actively working with the affected network provider to resolve the issue. We will provide another update in 1 hour or sooner once more information becomes available.
