Our engineers have resolved the root cause of the issue that caused outbound SMS failures and service levels are back to normal.

We are observing that all outbound SMS to Belgium are currently failing because we are incorrectly identifying Belgian mobile numbers as landline numbers. Our engineers are investigating. We will provide an update in 1 hour
