The process to delete transcriptions was degraded for 3 minutes between 09:48 and 09:51 Pacific Time on 08/24/2021. During this period, customers may have received 500 responses on fetching and deleting voice transcriptions. Customer may have also experienced delays on price updates for transcriptions. The issue has now been resolved.
