        Twilio SMS Delivery to ATT was degraded for 1 minute between 12:00 PM and 12:01 PM Pacific Time on 04/15/2025. During this time, some customers may have experienced SMS messages appearing stuck in a "SENT" state. The issue has now been resolved.
