Between 4:19 PM and 4:47 PDT, our partner provider experienced elevated gateway packet loss, impacting connectivity between multiple locations and the US-WEST-2 Region. This caused minimal degradation and a small subset of customers saw 500 errors for a subset of API calls. The issue has been resolved and the service is operating normally.”
