Update
Our monitoring systems have detected missing call-summary records in Voice Insights in IE1 and AU1. Some customers in these regions may be missing call-summary records from calls completed during the last two hours. Call connectivity is not impacted. Our engineering team is investigating and we will have an update in 60 minutes, or as soon as more information becomes available.
