      Twilio is conducting a planned upgrade for the networking capacity in our Singapore Exchange
      on November 9th, 2020, between 08:30-14:00 PDT. The upgrade will result in a network outage during the maintenance window. Please plan on using a backup connection to avoid disruption to your service.
