We were able to work with our carrier partner to implement a route change to resolve the intermittent delivery failure issue to Tigo Guatemala. We have observed successful SMS delivery towards Tigo in Guatemala for the last 15 mins and will continue to monitor to ensure full service recovery. We expect to provide another update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
