As part of the acquisition of the Twilio IoT business unit by KORE, we will be migrating a number of databases on Wednesday November 13, 2024, between 08:00 UTC and 16:00 UTC. During the migration period which we expect to last ~2 hours, we expect the following impacts:
Programmable Wireless SIM updates to activate, suspend, or deactivate SIMs will be delayed. You can still submit update requests but the SIMs will be in a "scheduled" or "updating" state until the maintenance completes.
Moving suspended SIMs between accounts may return 500 API errors.
