      We are experiencing inbound call failures on a subset of Brazilian phone numbers specifically impacting Vitoria, Florianopolis, Porto Alegre, and Jundai. Our carrier partner has confirmed issues within their datacenter and they are working on recovery. We are currently working on resolution.
