We continue to monitor and follow up on the small subset of Twilio US long codes that have yet to be rectified. The majority of affected phone numbers have been successfully updated. We’ll provide another update in 2 hours or as soon as more information becomes available.

Identified

We are experiencing message delivery failures on a small subset of Twilio US long codes. Messages sent from these numbers are stuck in "Sent" status, and are not delivered to mobile handsets. Messages to the subset of long codes are not received on Twilio. We are actively working to resolve the issue and we will provide an update in 30 minutes or as soon as more information becomes available.
